Overview

Computer Science with Cybersecurity is a specialized field that combines the principles and practices of computer science with a focus on protecting digital systems, networks and data from unauthorized access, attacks, and threats. This interdisciplinary field addresses the increasing need for cybersecurity professionals who can develop secure systems, analyze and respond to security incidents, and implement measures to safeguard information.

Computer Science with Cybersecurity would typically provide a comprehensive curriculum that covers both computer science fundamentals and specialized cybersecurity topics. Programme Educational Objectives

The Curriculum is designed to attain the following learning goals which students shall accomplish by the time of their graduation:

  • To have a strong foundation of computer science principles which will provide a promising professional career in real world industry.
  • To be able to equip themselves in research and development, entrepreneurship, and start-up initiator as an individual or collaborative manner utilizing interpersonal skills.
  • To contribute to society and the cyber security community by participating in outreach programs, creating awareness and educating the public about safe computing practices. Or To exhibit commitment and engage in lifelong learning for enhancing their professional and personal capabilities.
