Department of Computer Science

Overview

The Department of Computer Science was initiated in the year 1997 with the objective of providing quality education and liable citizen to the nation. We the department equip the students with Industry standard proficiency courses (Theory & Practical) for enriching and empowering their innovative skills in emerging trends and technologies in the domain of Computer Science. The students are encouraged to do Academic / Lab-on Projects with design and development of using advanced tools and techniques. We also provide various pathways to actively engage the students in various academic and non-academic related activities to explore their own interest in achieving targeted goals. With a zeal and motto of expert guidance and education we also assist the students to attain excellent placement in reputed Multinational Companies.

PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The Curriculum is designed to attain the following learning goals, students will accomplish by the time of their graduation:

  • To provide adequate basic understanding about Computer Science and its applications.
  • To exploit emerging technologies in Computer Science and its related discipline.
  • To expose adequate training to the computing environment in Software Development, Graphics, Data Mining etc.
  • To inculcate training & practical approach, internship is given to be trained among the students in the field of Computer Science.
  • To equip the students with sufficient exposure and skills to enable them in attaining a deserving position in Software Industry.

On the successful completion of the programme, students will have
