The Department of Clinical Laboratory Technology established in the year 2005, offers a unique three year undergraduate programme with a vision to provide high quality education to the students with hands on experience in the state of the art laboratories. The programme aims to improve the employability and interdisciplinary skills among the students and to meet out the increasing demand for technologists in the area of health care and related industries. The curriculum was meticulously designed to offer specialization in science stream encompassing a strong knowledge in Clinical Laboratory Techniques, Laboratory, Automation Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pathology, Immunology, and Molecular Biology. The programme caters to the quest for knowledge in clinical diagnostic technology, with latest application tools. The curriculum renders supportive services to the field of medicine. Excellent job opportunities, entrepreneurship and prospects for rapid job growth are the highlights of this field.
