Roles & Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate dance events, performances, and competitions within and outside the institution.
• Encourage student participation in various dance forms, including classical, western, folk, contemporary, and fusion styles.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, auditions, and workshops to enhance members’ dance techniques and choreography skills.
• Collaborate with other clubs and committees for cultural events, college functions, and inter-collegiate fests.
• Identify and nurture dance talent by providing platforms for stage performances, choreography, and creative expression.
• Maintain and manage all dance-related resources, including costumes, props, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and upkeep.
• Document and archive all club activities, achievements, and performances for institutional records.
• Coordinate with faculty advisors and management for planning annual dance programs, budget requirements, and event proposals.
• Promote dance appreciation and inclusivity through awareness programs, themed performances, and outreach activities.
• Ensure smooth conduct of all dance club events, from planning to execution, with proper logistics, discipline, and safety measures.
