6 Staff Welfare Staff Welfare For the own ward of the employees. 25% concession on tuition fees every semester for employees' wards. Staff member must be physically present with original ID card and photocopy.
7 Student Concession Student Reference Must be a student of Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College or its Group of Institutions. ₹5,000 concession will be given in the 1st semester for the referred candidate. Student must be physically present with original ID card and photocopy.
8 Sibling Student Concession Sibling Student Concession Must be the own brother or sister of the student. 25% concession on tuition fees in all the semesters. Original Student ID Card, Aadhaar Card and photocopies.

10 Alumni Students Alumni Students Join PG Must be an alumni of Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College or its Group of Institutions. ₹5,000 concession in all semesters for PG admission. Original TC or Mark Statement, photocopy, and alumni must be physically present.

12 Meritorious in Academics – Our UG Student Joins PG Meritorious in Academics – Our UG Student Joins PG Must be among the department's first three toppers. Department's first three rank holders (1st–3rd) will receive ₹10,000 scholarship in each semester of the PG programme. Original Mark Statement and an authorized letter signed by the Class Advisor, HOD, COE and Principal.

Renewal Criteria:

  • * For the Special Merit Scholarship (TNHSE) II year onwards the above rate of scholarship will be provided only if the student maintains 80% and above marks in average of previous two semesters
  • * For the Merit Scholarship (TNHSE & CBSE) II year onwards, the above rate of scholarship will be provided only if the student maintains 70% and above marks in average of previous two semesters
  • Note : * For the Sports Scholarship, the trials will be conducted based on the trails the elegible candiates will be selected by the physical eduction department of Dr.N.G.P.Arts and Science College
  • Application Process: For all the above scholarships, a physical application will be provided during the time of admissions after a thorough verification of the documents produced by the candidates
