• Instill professionalism and build a sense of community and mutual respect among all members
• Cultivate expressive confidence and stage presence through consistent performance outlets and constructive feedback sessions
• Enhance practical experience in directing, stage management, voice modulation, clarity, and technical stagecraft to enhance student ability through skits and workshops
• Develop students' creative abilities in storytelling, adaptation, and original dialogue writing, while enriching their artistic vocabulary
• Provide comprehensive real-world experience to all students through diverse dramatic works, including plays and skits
• Stimulate empathy by dramatizing complex ethical dilemmas, community issues, and historical events
