Tenure of the Committee
The tenure of the Committee will be three years and if any member left a new member can be included for residual period.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct awareness and orientation programs on the prevention of sexual harassment including relevant legal provisions to ensure that employees and students are fully informed about available procedures and resources in case of harassment.
- Cultivate a secure and safe workplace and involves in promoting a culture of zero tolerance toward harassment.
- Conduct regular meetings to review complaints if any and strategize upcoming programs or activities to promote awareness on sexual harassment.
