SDG Policy

Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, recognizes that higher education institutions play a vital role in advancing sustainable development through education, research, innovation, community engagement, and responsible institutional practices. The College is committed to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and integrating sustainability principles into all academic and administrative functions. This policy provides a framework for fostering environmental stewardship, social responsibility, economic sustainability, inclusiveness, and ethical governance. The College shall integrate Sustainable Development Goals into teaching-learning processes, research activities, campus operations, extension programmes, institutional governance, and stakeholder engagement to contribute towards a sustainable and equitable society.

Dr. N.G.P.
