Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect and compile information on UYIR Club activities, members’ achievements, events, awareness programs, and outreach initiatives.
• Review, verify, and format all submitted reports, photos, and updates before sharing on official platforms to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Upload event highlights, photos, and videos to enhance the club’s online and campus visibility.
• Maintain a digital record of past activities while ensuring recent initiatives are prominently featured in reports and displays.
• Coordinate with the faculty mentors for content approval, updates, and planning of upcoming awareness events.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Committee and NSS/NCC wings for joint promotional and media-related activities.
• Address feedback, queries, or suggestions received from students or the public and ensure timely communication or follow-up.
• Regularly monitor and maintain all UYIR Club content on official platforms to ensure information remains relevant and up to date.
