Roles & Responsiblities

• Collect and compile comprehensive information on UBA activities, including community engagement, student participation, awareness programs, and developmental initiatives carried out in adopted villages.
• Review, verify, and format all submitted reports, photographs, and updates to ensure accuracy, clarity, and uniform presentation before dissemination.
• Upload and document event highlights, photos, and videos to strengthen the visibility of UBA initiatives on institutional and public platforms.
• Maintain a digital repository of all UBA activities, ensuring that recent initiatives and impactful projects are prominently featured in reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with student volunteers, and village representatives for planning, content approval, and the smooth execution of UBA programs.
• Collaborate with other institutional bodies such as NSS and the Digital Marketing Committee for joint awareness drives, outreach programs, and media promotions.
• Regularly monitor, update, and maintain UBA-related content on official platforms to ensure that information remains relevant, engaging, and up to date.
