Wellness club provide students with the fundamental life skills necessary for a healthy lifestyle and ensures the provision of health and nutrition education. The main goal of the club is to facilitate effective learning by helping students have a better awareness of health issues that directly impact them and by assisting them in adopting healthy behaviours. The club also focus to motivate the student community to take up social responsibility in creating a healthy society. The club emphasize on strengthening student health and navigate through institution in establishing and maintaining healthy habits. Various events are organized by the club which provide excellent opportunities for the students to develop physical and mental strength. The club lay due emphasis on different activities through active participation of the students. It offers opportunities for the student community to lead or engage in wellness-promoting activities like yoga, meditation, and other health and fitness practices. The activities conducted by the club focus to adopt fitness regimens that will enormously improve the quality of their lives and ccultivates a positive culture of well-being.
The club nurture and encourages the students to develop an independent ideology, optimistic approach, enable them to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. The activities help to cultivate the path contributing to the success of an individual and as a team. Effective participation in activities will not only provide students transferable skills, but also enhance the self-confidence in the students. The club encourages socializing with other students in institution that decrease a sense of loneliness, and likewise create a sense of safety and belonging among the students. It brings members from different streams to work effectively in team to showcase the significance of healthy practices. The cub collaborates with Government and non-government organizations to create awareness on health-related aspects and health management strategies to the community.
