About the Centre

The Center for Professional Development at Dr. N. G. P Arts and Science College aims in integrating the continuous growth and success of the faculty to reach their full potential by acquiring the necessary skills to meet modern teaching demands of the current era.

Objectives

To provide opportunities for faculty to engage in peer observations, reflection, and constructive feedback to refine education practices. To enable faculty adapt with the evolving demands of modern education

Roles and Responsibilities

Organising and monitoring faculty improvements, Regular updation of faculty profiles with their papers, seminars & workshops, certificate programs & Ph.D. status.
