Policy Statement

The Committee is formed to establish a well-organized, transparent, and quality driven mechanism for the planning, compilation, editing, review, and publication of the institutional magazine. It functions as the central coordinating body responsible for maintaining editorial quality, ensuring ethical publishing practices, and facilitating the timely release of the magazine that showcases the academic, cultural, and creative accomplishments of the institution.

Objectives

To develop the editorial framework, publication objectives, and quality standards for the institutional magazine.
To collect, scrutinize, edit, and approve contributions submitted by various departments.
To maintain accuracy, clarity, relevance, and uniformity in the materials included in the magazine.
To coordinate the design, layout preparation, and printing process to ensure timely publication.
To document and present institutional achievements, research contributions, student initiatives, and noteworthy practices through the magazine.
